Is anyone unable to use the make offer option on iPad? Two days ago the MO screen format changed and there is no way to send the offer.

The phone app continues to be problematic.
If you have a computer, you can try again using it.
If this is a fixed price, buy it now listing, with Best Offer attached, you might want to just buy the item outright before someone else buys it right out from under you. That way, you won't be disappointed.

I am having this problem as well. Very frustrating. The suggestion that the buyer should go ahead and pay the asking price defies the purpose of the best offer option. I always assume that when a listing includes “Best Offer” then the seller is not expecting a full price. Anyway, not sure why the feature isn’t working.

The suggestion tht the buyer go ahead and pay the asking price makes sense because if you really want the item, you stand the chance of losing it to someone else who comes along and buys it right out from under you. If it is a unique item, you are out of luck, as no one knows when another will be listed, or if another will ever be listed.
If you are referring to items that are very commonplace and there are hundreds of listings for the item, then use the Best Offer option if you want.
But please don't assume that the seller is not expecting full price when you see Best Offer on a listing. Ebay now puts that on automatically and the seller may not want it there but cannot remove it. So that Best Offer option that you see may indeed mean absolutely nothing.

I am having the same issue for the last two days and called support and they said they would look into it lol! I have experienced a big loss of sales recently so I wonder if they are having huge issues and not able to fix, really frustrating!

I am unable to use "best offer" as well. I contacted the seller and she sent me an offer for the item.
Still, I would like to have the same access as every other user. Step up e-Bay & fix this!

I have over 600 listings and the best offer is one of the few eBay hasn't added to my listings. If they do, all you have to do is revise the listing and uncheck best offer.

Is the problem with the App on iPad or with the mobile view in Safari on iPad?
