The site is refusing to submit “Make an Offer” bid. A page with a box
for entering an offered price pops up but there is no way to submit it.
VERY annoying.
I am having this problem as well. Very frustrating. The suggestion that
the buyer should go ahead and pay the asking price defies the purpose of
