Lost computer program.

I purchased a Vinyl Cutter program (SignMaster PRO v5) and the seller had it E Mailed to me. But it did not loadup. So they had Tech support work on it and they got it up and runnig. I never receive the Number to the program from them and now The program is lost on my computer. Is there a way you can find the Seller and have them reinstall on my computer? I will also need the Product Serial Number (PSN) so if I find the program i could then load it myself.

You will need to contact the seller again. Be advised there is no MBG on digitally delivered items.

You'll need to find the seller yourself. No one can do that for you. Go to your purchase history and find the transaction. You may have to change the date dropdown at the top to see older transactions. From there you can click the Contact seller link.

I tried going back and finding my order and I did find it but it said no longer available and no info on the seller

If you found the item in your purchase history it should have a Contact seller link. If it doesn't, it's possible eBay booted the seller. And while eBay doesn't cover digitally delivered goods, Paypal does. So if that's how you paid and it's been less than 180 days since the payment date you can open an item not as described case there.

What do you mean by "the program is lost on my computer" @dengiacomo ? Is the program installed on your computer and working as you indicated, you just don't know how to find the application? If that's the case you can do a search on it rather than look to reinstall.

Are you on Windows? If you are then select Start > Settings > Apps and you should find the program.

You could also open an Explorer Window and on the top right enter SignMaster in the search box.

I find none of the info on the program that I purchase. But I did use their tech support to get it to work on my computer. There must be a way to find it on the computer but I don’t know how
