I recently ordered an item and the tracking now shows "Delivered", showing it was placed in a box in Cleveland, OH. The problem is I am not in Cleveland or Ohio. My address with ebay and paypal is correct and has been the same for years. I don't know how the address could be so wrong, unless it is the wrong tracking number?
I sent the seller a message asking for a refund, I usually contact the seller first as I understand things happen and ebay cases hurt sellers.
What do I do if they do not respond? If I open an ebay case, would "Item Not Received" work, as technically it would show "Delivered"?
