Item disappeared from "Purchase History"

Bought a Pandora item in November to give as a Xmas present.After Xmas I was told the item was fake. Wanted to message seller but item has disappeared from purchase history.How can I resolve this...I have proof through PayPal but am unsure how to get my money back...it's £60 so I need to make a claim somewhere

Hi,You can make a claim through paypal,and if i was you phone ebay as well, more than likely they have stopped this seller from using ebay.

items don't just disappear. 

If they get scoured from the site there is a reason. Not a good thing.

Yes, they do. Had it happen to me. Contacted the Seller about it. There was no problem with the sale or the delivery. But the item wasn't in my history any longer. It was "replaced" with another item.
Nearest we could come up with was he used that item as a "template" for another sale, and when completed, my history was updated to the "new item" that I never purchased.
