So I bought an item and it was sent to the Supermarket "Spar".
I didn't realise I chose that option, I was sure I sent it to my address.
I realised where it was sent so I went to Spar and they told me it's not there because it's been 2 weeks.
I asked the seller if he had received it and he said no.
I spoke to the manager of Spar and he said Collect + picked it up and put a sticker on it to return to seller.
I contacted the seller and he said he doesn't receive anything.
Am I being scammed? So where is the item if the seller hasn't received it?

You are in the UK. You have reached the ebay USA community boards. Why don't you post your question there and hopefully someone can respond. I have no clue what Spar is. Goodluck.

Yes, you'll get more accurate responses in the UK Community. But I'm not sure why you automatically jumped to the 'being scammed' conclusion. Was there any kind of tracking on the return?

Didn't even realise there was different sites.
Yes, the manager said there was a tracking number but why would he know it, it was obviously sent back and the seller is lying.

It doesn't matter if the seller receives it back or not.
On eBay if a buyer doesn't pick up their package, thus causes it to be returned, then they lose buyer protection. eBay calls it refusing delivery.
You would need online proof (tracking) showing the date it was delivered to the seller's city and zip code to win a chargeback or PayPal dispute.

Here in the US ... a returned package can take many times longer to reach the original sender than it did to reach the buyer. The package would resume its journey using the original tracking number ... so that the buyer would know when it was delivered back to the seller by checking tracking info.
I don't know how things are done in the UK ... but what is tracking showing you?
