Is there any way to call eBay Customer Service directly from my phone?

Years ago I used to be able to call 1-866-540-3229, explain my concern, and a phone operator would transfer me to the correct department.  But now, calling the number only leads to a prerecorded message asking me to log onto my eBay account and go through the Help page to find a topic & schedule a callback.

I can do this on the weekends, but on weekdays I still work a day job, and my office computer's firewall blocks eBay (among other sites) because it's not work-related, yet I might want to get an issue resolved during my lunch break & not wait till the next weekend.  Does eBay have a direct number to reach a live person?  Is there any easier way to do this?  Thanks.

You can try to find live chat with the customer service on working time. Or you can send message to Ebay Facebook or Twitter, it's also works.

@nguy2476 Is right. Ebay does not have a number to contact customer service and you can chat with them on here, or through their social media page.

Ebay no longer has any human customer service that you can call. You're pretty much on your own now.

It has been nearly three years since eBay had a telephone number one could call.  So all the numbers now found on the web lead to scammers of one sort or another.

If you cannot use the usual Help function to arrange to have eBay telephone you, perhaps try contacting eBay for Business through Facebook.
