Is cat flea prevention aka advantage taxable?

I've been there, it does not address cat flea products as taxable or not outside of prescribed by tx vetenarians?

If you have a Texas reseller's permit /sales tax permit, you don't pay sales tax at the time you purchase although in some cases you may have to deduct your costs at the time you send in your tax remittance for your sales in Texas.

If you are selling on eBay, you don't need that permit because eBay charges the buyer the applicable taxes for their location.  (And if you sold to me here in Canada, that would be our  federal and provincial sales taxes.)

For this service, eBay charges you the same fee as they do for shipping and for the actual purchase, but the buyer pays the sales tax.

It  is tax exempt only if a prescription was used when making the purchase.

No, it's not tax exempt in Texas. I buy enough of it that I'm absolutely sure of that. 😺
