Are you sure it's really an ebay invoice? 

Is it in your ebay messages? 

Are those asterisks actually shown as being on the order number? Ebay order numbers don't have asterisks.

Sounds like it could be phishing. Double check it. Don't open any attachments if it's in regular email and you cannot verify it.

Go to ebay.com, sign in to your eBay account, then check your Purchase History.

If the item was not purchased using your eBay account, you will not be able to find out what was ordered.

If that number appears on a credit card statement and you cannot find a corresponding order in any of your eBay accounts, contact your card issuer directly for further details or to dispute the charge and get a new card number issued.

Did that invoice come to your email or as a text to your phone?

If it's not in your ebay messages, it's a phishing attempt. If it's an email and you clicked a link in the email, change your passwords immediately.
