How do I delete my question,  an amazing ebay representative solved this easily within 5 minutes. I'm all done & awaiting my purchases. Ty for not having to help me. 🙂

I posted this at the behest of an amazing ebay representative who solved my issue in about 5 minutes. I have never used this feature before  & had no idea it was up for public scrutiny. I have zero problems communicating with 'words', I needed none for the representative who did a magnanimous job. No input needed, thanks anyways.

We both have 100% FB. I've been on ebay for 18 years under this user name & initially started around 1995, 1996? Never needed this forum. Not even now, it was for an amazing representative that nipped it in the bud almost instantaneously... TX

A eBay rep would have access to your account and possibly be able to see what the issue was.  Your pictures literally tell those of us here nothing.  I don't get why they told you to post here though if they were immediately able to help.  Hopefully they help they provided is accurate.

Glad to hear your issue was resolved.  Guess the CS rep was given more info than you offered here. Plus, of course, he had more access to your account than we did.

Glad you were able to get the issue resolved. Hopefully, you were given the right information.  We say that because ebay reps do not always give good information.

You do not need to delete the topic. Mark your reply saying the issue was resolved as the Solution, and don't reply any more. It will fade away in a day or so.
