Did you mean:

Intensely frustrating to navigate eBay when you have a problem, practibly useless.

Here’s a great example the drop down doesn’t list my reason for writing and frustration.

A seller sold me 2 fish egg tumblers, his own invention to which he is getting a patent.

When I used it the tumbler it would  not work and I lost a lot of pretty precious fish eggs.

Jumping backwards in time he also did not respond to a question I had...but the reason for writing this is he sent me a message which was pretty nasty after I left him neutral feedback. Ironically he spelled “jerk “ wrong but I got his angry message regardless of his spelling.

And  now what ...he can just do this? I didn’t respond.

You have purchased this product from 2 different sellers and seem to be having the same problem of losing eggs.

Could it be that you are misusing it or it is not meant for that type of fish.

Yes, the seller can do that.  He is unhappy with your neutral.  Should he do it?

What are you looking for?  What dropdown? There are many.

Calling you a jerk may not be warranted, but eBay isn't going to do anything about that.  While some people act childishly, eBay isn't the mommy or kindergarten teacher.

Not everyone can spell well.

@koijewls,

You seem to have a lot of issues with your purchases. Maybe you need to vet your sellers more carefully, read everything written in listings, and ask more questions before buying.

How is it a seller's fault that you only got two rodents?  Did the traps fail to work, did you use the right bait, or did you place them in the exact same as a previous kill?  The little buggers are smart, and if one falls for a trap in one place, the rest avoid it.

Yozers people where is the kind and helpful community I expected...

What  I learned is this community help area won’t help me or even consider my side of the situation.

Anyone bother to look at my track record and see how long I’ve bought and sold on eBay?

Makes no difference at this point I’ll take my crayons and leave!

Thank you for trying to help.

Both good points but it’s for fish eggs and I had fish eggs. I quickly attached a second screen to the screen the eggs fell through but it was too late.

Its a simple set up. You put it together and attach to air pump.

He makes these himself. I believe it was faulty. Human error it can happen.

The first egg tumbler was missing a part.

It looks like the screen is glued to some plastic and the parts are hand cut and glued.

My point was the name calling.
