I am sooooo tired of purchasing items from overseas/China and not getting the item I ordered. When I contact the seller, I get no relief. One used to be able to speak to someone at ebay, however, that number is now inoperable. Does anyone know how to speak to a live body at ebay?

No need to speak to anyone at eBay.
You may want to familiarize yourself with the Money Back Guarantee:
File a "not as described" case, choosing "item does not match description". The seller will be required to provide a return label or pay you directly for return shipping if the seller wants the item back. Or the seller can refund you directly without requiring a return. If not, ask eBay to step in at the earliest opportunity and eBay will force the seller to refund you.

Leave appropriate feedback so others can avoid such sellers.
Then stop buying from overseas sellers with feedback that indicates that they do not deliver what they advertise.

I am sooooo tired of purchasing items from overseas/China and not getting the item I ordered.
Buy from USA and support your own country's eBayers. Problem solved.
I have been imported from Australia and this is my posting ID

Amazon did not have the 3 quarter growth as expected.
Garbage products from China was one of the reasons listed as why buyers were not buying as much from Amazon as they use to.
