If seller sends different item than in pic, can I get refund?

Seller has posted the size in the title and description as one thing, while the photo shows it's a different size (larger). I'm only interested in the larger size because I can get the smaller size for 1/3 the price at a big box store. I've emailed them to confirm I'd be getting the exact item in the pic, but so far no response. They are a large volume liquidation seller so I'm not sure if they will even bother to read it. One person has bought the item and so far has not left negative feedback. If they send the smaller size can I get a refund through Paypal for item not matching picture even though it matches title/description? Thanks!

Title, photo, and description are supposed to match. When they don't, there is a higher chance of receiving something different that you bought.

What you are describing is a simple Not As Described dispute. While it is possible that the only problem is a mismatched picture, you will have to wait until the Thing arrives to be sure.

You can file an eBay claim from  My eBay-> Purchase History-> Return this item.

You have 30 days from delivery to open the Claim. The seller is required to send you return shipping.

Paypal allows 180 days from Payment. However, you will pay for return shipping.

ASK THE SELLER what size you will be getting if the title and description say one thing but the picture shows something different.

Do not commit  buy it until you know the size.

You sent an email to the seller, asking them to clarify what they are selling. They have not replied to you. That is the seller's way of telling you they do not want to do business with you.

Move on, find the item elsewhere.

You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. We must be cautious.
