So I’ve had that problem where a “payment didn’t go through” and it said I needed to update my card details so I did however I realised it charged me for the purchase but hasn’t registered that I have bought it. I figured weird glitch bank should receive money back later into my account so I tried again and same result. I removed items of difference currencies from my cart and have tried once more and It still charges me without saying I’ve purchased the items. I have screen shots of money being taken from my account by ebay without it registering. Are they going to keep my money? What do I do? This glitch has taken 600 dollars from me which is unacceptable.
Same problem here. How is it posible that they charge my credit card and the purchased items don't appear anywhere but in the cart as if I never payed for the order.
