Thank You so much for your help. I did contact FedEx and send the receipts to Ebay proving I did not sign for the parcels and that it was delivered to the wrong address! The verdict was overturned in time and I got my refund - Thank Goodness! In future I will not just read the first few reviews but go to the Negative reviews first...lesson learned x
