I placed the auction bid .it went so fast. I do not get enough time to think

It went so fast and I do not get time to think . It is some place says place order . Which I missed. And said you are the highest winner of this bid.

I tried to write seller .

He would not answer and messages even not go to him.

My concern how I resolve this problem.

auction will expire after 18 hours now.

Seller asking shipping cost more than other seller who is selling same serger for half less shipping cost .

 59 dollars shipping cost which is twice more. Other seller same serger shipping cost is 30 dollars.

somehow described item says it working serger. However it is for parts or not working. He will not says it is tested.

which are all hidden my concern . I like to confirm it.

How I can ? Pl help me .

That looks like that will be expensive to ship.

Ask seller to cancel if you are the winner.

The time to ask questions and check shipping is BEFORE placing a bid. You can ask the seller to cancel the bid or you can just not pay if you win. 

You went about this in the wrong way.

ETA: Another option you can do is to. retract your bid.

3. Description says Previous Owner .  Like to know this serger is tested and works good or it is for parts?

These are all questions you need to ask before placing a bid.  The method you are using is, you secured the item to have exclusive negotiating rights to it after the fact.  Don't do that

There is a contact seller on the listing under the seller's name. You can use that to ask the seller questions. But realize that the seller may not answer and probably won't reduce the shipping. I applaud you for taking responsibility for your bids. But I would gently suggest that you need to learn the bidding process before you attempt any more purchases.
