I need a call back for a problem that has to be explained

We can probably help you if you give us some info.

We need to know when you ordered the item and what was the last estimated delivery date?  (check the order details page)

Has It been shipped, Did you receive it yet or not? 

Was there tracking that showed Delivered but nothing arrived? 

If it arrived was it as described?  Have you taken any actions yet like trying to contact the seller, or opening a dispute through ebay?

 

eBay's phone reps do not always have answers for issues that are not covered in their playbook.
