Contact the seller, ASAP

As mentioned, you will need to contact the seller ASAP.  Hopefully he will have not have already accepted your offer before receiving your message.  Of course, the seller is under no obligation and if your offer is accepted you are required to complete the transaction or the seller can file a UID against you.
