I got my refund but item still says in transit

hi all,

On April 4th I ordered a Kuerig on ebay for $40 through the buy now option. Within about 2 days I got an email saying my ordered was getting ready to be shipped. I then got an email a week later that I found super odd that said something along the lines of "an item you recently won has been removed, if you receive this item there is nothing left to do on your part". I'm thinking okay well that makes sense, I won the item so now the listing is gone. It didn't arrive on the date stated which was April 13th so I simply contacted the seller asking for an update. Ebay replied within 30 minutes saying they gave me a refund. That was I believe April 15th. Now when I track the order it still says in transit, expected delivery date April 13th. Should I expect this item to still arrive or not? TIA

What do you mean by "it still says in transit?" What exactly does the tracking say? Can you post a snippet of the tracking--making sure nothing in the shot will identify the seller or the item, etc.

If you receive the item for which you have already received a refund I would expect you to either return the item or repay the seller.  That is assuming that you are the person of integrity that I believe you to be.
