How to view item original listing after purchase

Hello,

I recently purchased an item; from what I can recall, the quality of the received item slightly differs from what was stated in the original listing. If it truly is different, I want to contact the seller, but I am having trouble finding a way to view the original listing to confirm. Instead, I only have the option to click on order details. I seem to remember I used to be able to view the original listing in the past when I had purchased items. Is there still a way to do so?

If you are within 60 days of the purchase, you should be able to find the item in your Purchase History -- and the item title should be a link to the auction listing at the time of your purchase, I believe.

It's possible to see older Purchase History items, but after 60 to 90 days, the links are no longer necessarily active.

When I click on the item title, this is the only option it gives me. It used to have a link that said something along the lines of "View original listing."

If you scroll down on the page in your image, the original listing should be there.

no its not. it only says it was changed

thats what i expected to find. All i can get is a "server is down" notice.
