How to turn off automatic rerouting when clicking completed item

When I click the completed item, I want to look the completed item description. I dont need EBay send me to another live auction. It wont lead me to buy it. It only annoy me. This feature is plain stupid !

As far as I am aware, there is no way to turn this off when you click on a completed listing.

 

You can edit the URL by adding

...&nordt=true...

after the item number to prevent the redirect.

 

But unless you need to share or save the URL, it is probably easier to just click on the "See original item" link at the top of the redirected page.

Yes. I know, I am just tired of EBay pretending to be smarter than everybody and pretending to know what I want. 99% of those redirection refers to higher priced item. Very shady !

I wonder how that can be, when every time an item doesn't sell or has watchers for a few weeks, eBay encourages sellers to lower the price. The other day I checked to see where an item I have listed was in a search. The item is vintage and stopped being produced in the 1960s, but on the line with my item was "23 new from 17.99"?

"eBay encourages sellers to lower the price" is another stupid way EBay trying to pretending to be smart. Dont keep telling me to lower my price. Very annoying !
