I bought a piece of ham radio equipment. It was sent to me non-functioning. I asked for refund and eBay made a decision in my favor. The stipulation is that I return the item to the seller - which I did. However it was signed for by "covid19" . Yes. "Covid19" was the signature. The next day it was returned to me as "Addressee Unknown". However, it has not be tracked by USPS since then. My local PO says they don't know anything. So now I'm out the item (which didn't work) and out almost $200. Ebay says it will issue a refund when the item is shown returned to the seller. How can I do that when I can't get the item back?

There's something wrong with your link; it doesn't work (access denied).

Since such could be the seller gave wrong addy and this happened ("Addressee Unknown"),
or buyer messed up the label intentionally and it reads ("Addressee Unknown")
Both are known scams....
Se basically the same response I gave on the one topic that disappeared....
Since the return shows ("Addressee Unknown") contact eBay and tell them this for your return case...
You should win the case...

Contact eBay on Facebook and explain Item was Refused by seller.
