How to check on an order.

I order a tire machine for my husband yesterday and my computer went out and I am not sure if I completed the order. How can I find out?  How do I find out if the order was complete and how to get in touch with the seller?

How to check on an order.

EBay would have sent you a communication to your personal email account that is on file/attached to your account.

You can also take a peak at your Purchase History within your eBay account. Seller contact is an option there.

If  you find the email, there is a link to the seller within the email, click on that to locate the seller's page. From there you will find a Contact option.

There are probably other ways to contact as well as you might hear about on your thread.

In addition to the good advice you've received I would add that it's seldom necessary to contact a seller about a purchase. EBay will send you updates when the seller ships, and if something goes wrong you're covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Large-volume sellers and dropshippers often don't respond to messages just because of the volume they receive. That's not a sign that the transaction isn't proceeding the way it should.
