How to change tracking number.

How do I change the tracking number on a return label because the label sent by Ebay was incorrect.

I asked the seller for help, but he's ignoring my message.

What was incorrect about it? Are you sure the label wasnt sent by the seller and purposely had wrong info? Did you open a official return?

Besides answering the questions asked by slyders_finds, it would help to know where the item came from, that info is on the listing page (item location) and where they want it returned to.  There are many drop shippers on ebay who do not have items in their possession but they are in a warehouse that does the shipping for them. Some give their home as the location, not the warehouse's.  We may be able to give you better answers if you post the 12 digit (no hyphens)  ebay item number so we can see the listing you bought from.
