How do I switch from landscape to portrait when printing Order Details?

That should be with your printer control panel. 

Depending on your Operating System and Printer you may be able to do it this way.

Right click on the Order Details and printer page should open.  Select Portrait.

How would eBay change your printer settings?

Workaround is to select Printer Friendly and use "CTRL P", or select "Print Using System Dialog".   Or at least this works in Firefox.

*Ebay did change something or Chrome changed something, because I do not have the option to change the layout in my browser either.

*I was able to get it to print out in portrait format using FireFox
