How do I know if this watch is authentic?

I am looking to purchase this Casio watch, but I’m concerned it is fake. How can I tell if it is or isn’t? I mean the store has over 45,000 feedbacks. Of course my concern is the price tag. These usually sell for $120, and you know what they say about if it’s too good to be true.  If they do sell fakes then they have fooled a lot of people.

Yeah, in the sports card business we used to call that after hour creation.  I know exactly what you are talking about.  There are only supposed to be 100 super football guy special cards, how come there are  110 out there.  How are they all real.  They are all read.
