I am looking to purchase this Casio watch, but I’m concerned it is fake. How can I tell if it is or isn’t? I mean the store has over 45,000 feedbacks. Of course my concern is the price tag. These usually sell for $120, and you know what they say about if it’s too good to be true. If they do sell fakes then they have fooled a lot of people.

As a buyer you are covered by ebay's MBG.
Perhaps you can provide a little more information?

The number of feedbacks is irrelevant.
What those feedbacks actually SAY is what IS relevant. Many times feedback comments show a pattern of issues that may help you in your decision of whether or not to buy. Seller in question has 36 neutral and 27 negative feedbacks; read the comments.
You can also compare the pictures on the listing to pictures of the item that are known to be authentic.
But generally, too good to be true is just that. While you are protected by the MBG, you can lose that protection and possibly buying privileges if you open too many cases.

You would be covered by the money back guarantee if you want to take the chance.
However, I read through the seller's feedback and it looks like they are selling refurbished watches, although they are selling them as new. There are complaints about the watches being scratched up and not working correctly (losing or gaining time).
This is just my opinion but I would not buy the watch. If you are ok with refurbished items that may or may not work correctly and may be scratched then go for it.

Does the OP know this particular watch is currently being sold by some major well known retailers at far below $120 ?

search if any Chinese or SE Asian sellers have the same watch for sale and how much.
My mother bought an Omega watch inHong Kong, wore it for many years, come to NYC and it turns out to be a knockoff.

not if he can sell it for $hundreds.
did you see all the listings of that watch on Ebay, some at 499 and some at 129 and some start at $1.
If I am a watch maker making cheap watches, what is to stop me to make a dial which said casio,?if it cost me $5 and sold for $129

Since when did casios become valuable. Back in the day, they were the throwaway watch.

even $10 dollar items are counterfeited. fake a $10,000.00 watch and likely get caught, fake a bic lighter and buyer just gets another and moves on. had they used a better movement and taken care as to not scratch them while shoveling them into crates, they might of gotten away with it.

Still, the time involved in the creation of the counterfeit 1 dollar bill, 10 dollar watch would make the counterfeiting not worth it. Unless of course it is coming from china, where it was made for .01 cents and their packet shipping was used to ship it for free. Maybe I am just thinking from an American perspective.

To answer your question..
That looks like a real watch to me.

You also must keep in mind not all items are counterfeits in the traditional sense, some are the real deal stolen from the factory and others are made after hours at factories with poor security and are pretty much identical to the legit ones as they are made of the same materials at the same factory, another type are called "factory extras" made with left over or damaged materials of the legit items they may differ from the retail item but can still have great quality, the luxury brands vehemetly deny their existance with good reason but they are out there.

77 cents!! if that is worth the time to manufacture and sell, they should be able to make the op's watch for the same or slightly more. the sellers fb is what has me skeptecal, not the listing itself. are their 1 or 2 listings for this watch or is ebay flooded with them?
