How do I know if seller canceled my order?

I won a bidding but seller told me in chat that he/she has to cancel my order, this happened last week.

But now my purchase history still shows “Paid“ and estimated delivery is 23-31 December.

So, the seller has not canceled my order yet ?

In the case, After 31 December if the seller still do not ship my order, I can report “I do not receive” and ask refund, do I ?

If you paid and the seller canceled your order you would receive a message regarding the cancellation and a refund.

If the seller doesn't cancel or ship:

A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
