How do I disable recommendations from International Sellers?

Absolutely do not mind the recommendations, but tired of seeing International listings as recommendations.  Can this be disabled?

You can't. Ebay is trying to get you to buy even from another country.

I have learned to completely block out any recommendation by ebay especially the ones that tell me to start auctions at 99 cents.

I really wish you could do that.  Even if I set my search tickbox on the left to my country only, I'm getting "recommendations" from overseas.   Even the currency is different.  **bleep** I'm not going to buy that, stop pushing that crap on me!
