The problem is that I never received my product.

I have been waiting for several months, but the company tells me that my product is lost.

The problem is that it is pandemic time in the past months on the Ebay page a message was shown saying that the product was going to take a long time to arrive due to the pandemic and what I did was wait, for this reason I did not report during the 30 days after the scheduled delivery date.

Now they can't deliver my product to me and they can't give me my money back.

I need help...

How did you pay? PayPal and most credit cards give you up to 6 months to file a case for items not received. If you used PayPal, open a case there first. Otherwise go to your credit card co. or bank.

Since you waited too long to file the Item Not Received dispute on Ebay, you can file a dispute through Paypal if you processed your payment through Paypal.

Even during the pandemic, you needed to file the Item Not Received dispute within 30 days from the latest estimated date of delivery.
