Hello, can you please help me with contacting the Ebay support team which is responsible for the checkout process? Online chat is always "having trouble connecting with an agent" - see this message every time past 2 weeks.
My location is Dubai, UAE
UAE is listed in the seller's possible delivery locations
I try to checkout the item

but it is stuck with the message
"Unfortunately, shipping to your location is not available at this time"
I wonder if this is a temporary glitch or a restriction for my location?
If second then why is UAE listed in the possible delivery countries and this item is show for me in search filters?
