What to do about harassment from a seller that you left negative feedback for?
Several items were ordered and many were not as described/dirty. I returned some, and I left positive, neutral and negative comments depending on each item. But there were a LOT, and the seller is mad because I suppose all of my ratings dropped their seller rating down.
But, they respond to the messages (I previously told seller to never contact me because she was already harassing me through the return feedback). I have reported it to Ebay. They clearly said it was not ok. It's not just me, it's every negative comment, one even talks about a woman's DV and being ran over by a car.
Now they are going to my page, and thinking I am selling an item I bought from them (it's not the item I bought from them) and copying the item number and referencing it in neutral feedback I left about a totally different item to begin with. This morning I responded to that one and told them to stop harassing me through feedback per the federal and state statutes regarding such behavior. And left it at that. Because, when you are harassed you HAVE to tell them to stop first.
So WTH??? Ebay has not done anything so far, and I blocked them from buying but I doubt they will buy from me. Umm...if you want to see a dumpster fire you can find them easily from my feedback I left. They even include how I hurt their children....by leaving a negative review. What? What else can I do? I called ebay and i made a report they said their "back room" would look. Well...they have been doing this to buyers for over a year that one can tell.
