Hacker changed my password so i can’t get into my account,i have an item ordered before this happen

I’m affraid the hacker changed my address to his to get the item i ordered. Can ebay look into this problem?

Hi @Anonymous 

As mentioned, the Security Center (bottom of screen) will help you remove/ change any of your personal information the hacker may have messed with.

This should have no impact on the item you ordered prior to the hack.

Change your device password, ebay account and email passwords now.   Do what the others told you about reporting this.

I have already done all that but can’t get anyone to look into what the hacker changed my password to so i can reclaim my history,Saves and status . Is this possible?
