Hello, I am outside the United States but I have an address in Miami where I send my purchases. I have an ebay gift card, I tried to use it but it was not possible because I am not in usa. Does anyone know how to use these cards if we are outside the United States? I use an account created with a Miami billing and shipping address. but still won't let me use it. What I can do? has anyone used a vpn? will it go?
