Getting things I didn’t order or show up in my purchase history

Hey guys, I’m really confused about what’s happening here and wonder if you have any advice. I keep getting things from eBay I didn’t order and they don’t show in my purchase history. When I just got 2 rings I thought it was just one random mistake but a few days later I got two more items that I didn’t order. Could someone please tell me what is going on. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Were they addressed to you? Perhaps someone sent you gifts?

It turns out one was for my sister but the other was from somebody in China so that doesn’t seem likely but thanks for trying to help.😊

Does it look like it might be an Ebay return?

Some China sellers will use a US address to have their returns shipped to so they don't have to pay shipping back to China.
