It's a android car stereo. The seller listing states it's a android 9.1 system with 2GB RAM. The system info page on the unit itself says the same. But when using a third party tool (CPU-Z, a popular computer system identification tool), it shows android 8.1Go with 1GB ram installed on the stereo.
I have included two screenshots showing the information. I do not find proper channel for reporting this (the "report item" link just goes to trivial option selection process without the possibility to get ebay to prevent such fraud from happening). The seller is not responding my message. Hopefully my post here will grab some attention and help people save money.

As you can see naming and shaming other members, gets their name removed. Very few people as a percentage of ebay buyers, ever come to these boards, so your warning really is not very effective.
When ever buying online from 3rd party sites, buyers have to do some research or they will get scammed. When using the report item button, clicking on my problem is not mentioned here will get you to a text box where you can fill out your report. However, it takes more than one report by different users to get ebay to take action.

Thanks for trying to help, it's unfortunately not working. There is no option that leads to a text box where I can fill out my report.
If a text box was offered before then it is not there now.
