Followup feedback not showing

Recently I've left a couple of followup feedbacks in cases where my original feedback didn't cover everything, like where the seller refused to ship, then once I had been refunded, proceeded to email me almost daily begging me to change my neg.  I've left maybe 3 followups in the last 3 months, and none of them have appeared by my original feedback.  Is this a feature that has quietly been discontinued, or does it not show to the author for some reason?

If this is about the feedback "problem with address" maybe because of the refund, no more comments are allowed. eBay may have quietly limited the amount of time follow up feedback can be left, that wouldn't surprise me since they have introduced many changes with out any announcement.  That would be a big mistake in my opinion though.

I leave lots of follow up to FB for buyers and sellers if I have a particularly good experience with them.
