Feedback Missing all Negative Seller

Ebay has removed all access to seller's feedback so buyer's can't access/see any negative or positive feedback a seller's received at all. Has anyone had this experience and been able to get a reply from Ebay on this issue? Really need to get this access to confirm who I'm buying from.

A seller can not set their feedback profile to private, so are you sure you are looking in the right place?

Is this maybe a past seller who has stopped selling? they can then set to Private FB.

I know you can not list the seller name here, so not sure what else to suggest.

ETA: I just did a dummy run on 5 sellers randomly and I can access feedback fine, may be a glitch?

EBay has just made it harder to see feedback, not totally eliminated access. If you find yourself on a feedback recap box look at the bottom and click "See all feedback". That takes you to the traditional feedback page.
