Exclude seller function NOT working

I'm trying to exclude the seller "manausbooks" from the ebay search "brodart book cover" and it isn't working. I've appropriately excluded them using the advanced search function, but they still populate the overwhelming majority of my search results.

The store is named manausbooks, but the actual username is jbb1573. eBay changed the way that seller info is displayed in the listing if the seller has a store, which complicates things.

You need to exclude using the username, not the store name.

 I am trying to do the same by excluding luckimoni789, it even shows up in the search with a "-luckimoni789" bubble, but it still shows their 50M entries.

I have other options turned on (gallery view, 240 listings, etc.). Is there a limit of how it works?

You must exclude by username, not store name.

luckimon789 is the store name. cwcs_21 is the username.
