Trying to buy something and suddenly I'm getting an endless "Verify you're human" check the box, click the animal captchas. Like 10 in a row. Anyone know what gives?

If you are not using a VPN or a hotspot, or specialized privacy software, what browser versions have you tried?
Try the latest version of a new browser you have not used before, with default settings and no add-ons installed.
Try signing in to eBay using this link:
https://signin.ebay.com/signin
Or try signing in to ebay.ca to pay for your purchased items.
Or else try signing in using the eBay app on your phone to avoid Captcha, and pay for your items that way.

I ran into this yesterday at work, using work's account. Initially I tried in Vivaldi, disabled blockers, cleared cookies, restarted everything, hopped on one foot while rubbing my tummy, patting my head, spinning in a circle, whilst chanting, still no luck. I tried even using the dreaded chrome, much to my chagrin, disabled blockers, etc, it too failed. Had to go elsewhere to make the needed purchases for work.
eBay has had issues with captcha loops for years, and they keep popping back up. It's good at shooing away buyers and sellers, not just script kiddies. Perhaps it's time to find something more useful.

Ran into this the other day, rebooted the PC, an update installed and asked me to reboot again. After the 2nd reboot all was well.
