Do you mean that an eBay seller is blocking you? And what are the particulars for your (botched) Return?

You can’t just leave bad feedback and return things and expect to still be able to shop/return things! I’m sure by now you’ve been blocked by most sellers.

Frankly, your bid retraction record and the feedback you leave has probably got a lot to do with your being blocked by sellers.  Thanks for posting.

Just as many brick and mortar stores will prevent serial item returners from using their return policy, so does ebay.    Maybe you would not have as many issues as you do, if you read everything on a listing page, and ask questions of the seller if there is not enough info in the description, before bidding or buying.   That is part of your due diligence when buying online. If you are having bids cancelled or can't buy from some sellers it is not ebay blocking you but the sellers, maybe some of the ones you've left negatives for or returned items to. Also probably because of your feedback and bid retraction history.
