Hello,
I have been unable to send purchased sports cards into the ebay vault. I also can't buy any cards located in the vault. This has been happening for 1 week. I receive the following message at check out:
"You need to update your account details to securely use the eBay vault. If you're seeing this notice after you've updated your info, contact us for further assistance"
" To update your info: Go to My eBay > Selling"
I am enrolled in the vault. All of my account details are correct. I have a US home address.
I would appreciate any assistance. Thanks
