I'm looking at buying a car part on ebay. Previously I've been able to confirm the part fits my car using the Confirm this Item Fits - however, the seller hasn't used that feature and instead says "check the item description", but the item description doesn't have the information required. I've asked the seller to confirm the part fits and they responded "we believe so". It has the correct OEM number - but its feeling a little dodgy.
If I buy it and it doesn't fit - am I protected under the ebay motors money back warranty - if the seller isn't using the confirm this fits option?
