(EU) VAT refund for orders where VAT was paid twice

Hello!

I just can't find the correct option to contact Ebay regarding this.

I uploaded some documents to https://ocsnext.ebay.com/ocs/mudcwf?deptName=CollectRemitRefund

to get a refund on VAT I paid when I placed some orders and VAT was charged again when it arrived to our Customs (I provided all the required information (including the ebay's IOSS number - no luck there).

@pc1350 If you purchased the item on ebay.com it makes perfect sense to post the question here.  Probably the easiest way to contact customer service is through eBay's Facebook or Twitter accounts. You can send them a private message with all of the information and they will get back to you.

@pjcdn2005: there is no other way (I don't have twitter or FB account)? And I really don't want to open it just for this....

And yes. Some orders were placed on ebay.com, some on ebay.co.uk (and I even registered on ebay.com many years ago (1999)).

You can also go to the help and contact link at the top of the page, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on contact us.  You might have to click on a few different links but you should come to a 'chat' option.  Since you have already sent some information to that link in the first post, have you already talked to ebay about this?
