Does eBay works in India?

Hi, I'm Ashutosh Tripathy. I want to buy a mobile phone on eBay. But I'm seeing in some websites that eBay has been shut down in India. Is eBay really shut down. And it means that I can't buy anything from eBay from India?

Ebay.in shut down in 2018. There is no longer an Indian Ebay website, so you will not be able to buy domestically. You can use ebay.com and find sellers who will ship internationally to India.

Do you mean that eBay's Indian website is closed but, I can still buy internationally through eBay.com. Am I right?
