Do I get my coupon back after a cancelled transaction?

I used a $10 coupon on an item I purchased on June 17th. The seller was unable to fulfill the order and cancelled it today. Can I use the coupon again? It says it has been redeemed in My Ebay and if I remember correctly it was to expire on June 19th. My guess is I'm SOL. Correct?
