< Deleting bought items >
You can't actually delete items from your Purchase History, but you can hide them. Off to the right of each item of interest, click the More Actions link, then click Hide Order at the bottom of the drop down menu that appears. Or it might say Hide Item; I've seen it both ways. If you want to see those items again, you only have to click the link near the top of the list that toggles between Hidden and Not Hidden.
Note that after 60 days, all items, even the Hidden ones, are moved to another location. To see them, click the down arrow where it says Last 60 Days above the top of the orders list and choose another time frame.
If your purpose is to conceal items from others who have access to your account – for example, if the items are gifts – remember if they have access to the account, they also have access to the "Hidden" link, so they could still snoop.
Your best bet is to open another, separate account for making those purchases. Keep the existence of this new secret account under your hat. Check it out at this Help page: https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/identity-policies/multiple-accounts-policy?id=4232
