I called the eBay customer service line today at 11 AM PST to report that an item supposedly delivered by eBay's own delivery service was not delivered to me. I was told that my call was outside normal business hours. What is going on? Does anyone know? I used to buy many items on eBay- my feedback is over 1300 ads a buyer. If this is the way they are now going to handle problems, I might just as well switch to Amazon.

Before using them, telling us what your problem is here, so that we can tell you what you may need to do before contacting them, might save you time and/or end up with a favorable result.

Same thing here I called 13 times in all different hours, they just don’t want to answer so they push automatic answers no matter that time of the day you call

eBay does not have a public phone number for customer service that you can call; you must request a call back through the Help & Contact page or contact eBay via social media direct message.

"Same thing here I called 13 times in all different hours,"
Since eBay no longer has a telephone number which can be called, what phone number have you been trying to call?
And, be aware -- most of the "eBay customer service" telephone numbers which you may find on Google are fraudulent -- those phone numbers are NOT connected with eBay, but are set up to gather your personal information, and to possibly hack into your computer -- and they may even desire to CHARGE you $$$ for the "assistance"!!!
As others have stated on this thread, click on "Help and contact," and then follow the instructions, or go to the sites suggested by @mudshark61369 .
