Crooked seller

My fault- I gave a guy a good review w/o opening PKG. Just some Epson ink. 4 pk. Only had 3 in it. Only had 6 reviews and a 87.5 rating. Had to have known he was shorting me.  Will NEVER  give another review til I open the PKG, no matter how inexpensive it is. He won't last long on ebay. (I hope)! It's been over a month.  Think I can redo the review?

Re: Crooked seller

Ebay doesn't care about feedback so the review doesn't really matter. I would open a case to return as not described. The seller can offer a negotiated partial  refund or provide a return label.

Re: Crooked seller

I did that. Ebay said I couldn't return because it said no returns. I called them up and explained it was not as described. The rep understood what I was saying (which was what my original complaint was saying).  He told me to send the guy a message telling him what I wanted him to do. If I did not hear from the guy in a day or 2, call ebay back.   Also, ebay originally told me by email I had til Jan 11 , then when I called up to check the status, they told me I had til Dec 12. This was on Dec 13 lol. Hopefully, it will get staightened out. Seller has 6 sales to date and a 87.6 rating as of before my rating to come. I know one bad rating can start you out pretty bad- but after this episode I can say he is trouble. Intentionally not sending what was posted for sale.

The seller's "No returns" policy doesn't apply when the item is not as described; then you should file a claim.  Here's a link to eBay's buyer protection  policy, which they call the "Money Back Guarantee":

Re: Crooked seller

The review is NOT your greatest issue at this point.  You need to open an item not as described case.

If it's truly been a month since you received the item, the window to open an NAD case with eBay is now closed.  You will need to either  open a case with Paypal or do a chargeback on your credit card.

PLEASE read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers so you will know what to do if/when this happens again.

What makes you think he won't last long on eBay?

If it has really been over a month, then it's too late to file a claim for "Not as described."  But as noted in another post, it's not too late to file a claim through PayPal or your credit-card issuer.

To answer your actual original question: No, you can't change your original feedback.  BUT you can leave a followup comment.
