Credit card success, but no purchase history/activity

Hello there,

I made a purchase of multiple items last night by the ebay app on Samsung. After the app took me to through the credit card payment which was success and got charged for these multiple items. The app turned out blank white page on purchase history and no record whatsoever. The items still show on my shopping cart while  THE PAYMENT WAS SUCCESSFULLY CHARGED, but no purchase number or transaction appear.

There is no notification email or transaction number or any records of this purchase on eBay mobile app except my credit card was successfully got charged. Not sure who can I ask for assistance on this or where I can contact for the glitch of failure application since no evidence except my credit card alert. Please help !!!

Go to the full website using a computer @passionme and log in at eBay.com to see what's going on.

Find a computer, log in to ebay.com, go to your Purchase History and check to see if your purchases are there and see if they indicate that they are paid for.

Also, go to your email and check for the Ebay confirmation of your order(s).

Already did on full website, nothing appear as well. Seems appear no transaction whatsoever unfortunately.

You have not made any purchases in over a year, before last night.  If you just started using the app and just registered the card you used, nothing may show up until the payment and/or registration is actually verified.

Did you get in an e-mail communication with the seller at any time? If so, they may have taken the sale off eBay. If that is the case, you made the purchase directly from someone, and there is no eBay guarantee. You of course retain your guarantee through your credit card.

No email received from any parties (Seller and eBay confirmation). Still waiting from seller whether the transaction has been success at their side. Thanks for your thoughts!

Have you told us everything about this transaction?  Were you asked to contact the seller via email or text? Perhaps if you open one of the item listings you say is still in the Cart find the 12 digit ebay item number, and post it here, there may be clues in the listing that can help us to help you.

There are no email/text from the sellers. Now I am on process to ask the bank for dispute the transaction since there is nothing I can track/show anything from this eBay payment. Unfortunately really -_-"

Call your credit card and find out if you were charged for those items. Your wording is a bit confusing. If you made the purchases on ebay app it doesn't matter what device you used. I have ebay app on my android devices and I pay ebay with my credit card on file. I have never used samsung pay or other complicated apps offered by samsung.
